Get Camera Cards

The Key to the Snapizzi System

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You're now ready to generate your Snapizzi Camera Cards. You can either print the PDF of the cards or use Snapizzi Paperless. You can also mix and match paper and Paperless, since once codes are generated, they remain the same regardless of which method you're using.

SNAPIZZI PAPERLESS works with any mobile device.

Cards are generated in the order they're listed on your CSV file. Group cards will be at the end of the subjects and blank cards are at the end of the group codes.

How to Request Cards:

Blank Cards

Blanks should only be used for subjects who weren't on the original CSV, and not Groups. If your subject exists in the database, then use the Add Existing tool, don't create a new record for them. If you do, photos can be added, but the search function will not work. You'll need to use the Move Tool move your subjects to their originally created code.

Specify how many extra blank cards to generate for new students or for other photos you may take on picture day. A summary of the total cards is also provided. You can manually enter the subject data for blanks after uploading images either individually or by editing your CSV file

Whatever format your cards are, ensure that you photograph the codes so that Snapizzi can scan the code properly. We recommend the codes be a minimum of 100x100 pixels in size.

Snapizzi has a 100% accuracy rate as long as the coded cards are photographed properly.

Give as much care and attention to photographing the Camera Card keyframe photo as you do your subjects.

Quick Access to Project Camera Cards

We also offer two additional convenient ways to quickly access your Project Camera Cards.

1. Accessing Paperless Camera Cards Without Opening a Project

Select Paperless Cards from a list of all your projects without opening the project itself.

Step #1: Click on the Wrench menu and select Paperless from the drop-down menu.
Step #2: A table displaying all available projects will appear.
Step #3: Click on any project in the table to open the corresponding Paperless deck for that project.

2. Accessing Camera Cards Within a Project

Step #1: You'll find the Get Cards icon in all of the Photo Management View windows.
Step #2: Select your card options or choose Paperless, and the deck will automatically open for the project.

These options make it easier than ever to manage your workflow and quickly access your project cards.
