Advice and answers from the Snapizzi Team

Linking galleries is useful if you'd like to include sibling or buddy photos in a another Subject's gallery. Doing this enables viewing of all photos in the connected galleries using one code or search term.

There are a few ways to link galleries:

Pinning enables you to combine codes when using Snapizzi Paperless.

Simply photograph each Subject's individual camera cards together in the same keyframe image. All photos that follow that keyframe will appear in each Subject's respective individual gallery.

1. Select the gallery from the series you'd like to link and click "Add Gallery".

2. Select the gallery to link and click "Add". Snapizzi's all-inclusive search feature makes it easy to locate Subject galleries. In addition to locating Subjects by code, you are able to search your Project using any identifying information contained in the CSV file you uploaded (Name, Teacher, Student ID, class, etc.). You can also quickly locate cards blank and group cards by simply typing "blank" and "group" in the search box.

PLEASE NOTE: Linking is one-way. If you link Daniel's gallery to Erica's, all of Daniel's photos would appear in Erica's gallery, but Erica's photos would not appear in Daniel's. If you'd like to have Erica's photos in Daniel's gallery, simply repeat the process for her.

That’s it! The Inspector will update and include the connected subject data in the target gallery.
