Snapizzi's high volume photography software is priced at a fixed $99 per month, with recurring billing and the flexibility to cancel anytime. This includes unlimited access to all features for workflow automation, QR code tools, and custom solutions tailored for schools, sports, and dance events—covering storage for up to 25,000 images per month. Processing and uploads are not limited, but if your stored images exceed 25,000, there's an additional charge of $10 for every 25,000 extra images in storage, providing scalable options for growing needs.
Examples of Storage Fees:
Storing 25,000-50,000 images will incur an additional $10.
Storing 50,000-75,000 images will incur an additional $20, and so on.
How Can I Manage Storage Limits and Fees?
To help you minimize storage costs, Snapizzi provides the following options:
Monitor Storage Usage: Keep track of your current photo count and plan adjustments accordingly. Your storage usage is available under the Wrench Menu in your Snapizzi Dashboard.
Reset Photos: Free up storage space by resetting photos in old projects. This action will not affect ports on your connected platforms—it only applies to storage within Snapizzi. This action retains all project data and images can be re-uploaded at any time.
Delete Old Projects: Permanently remove old projects to free up space. This action will also not impact ports on your connected platforms, but the project data will be permanently deleted.
Pay Annually: Switch to an annual plan and get 12 months for the price of 10 ($990). You can do this through your billing portal or reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
Important Notes on Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your subscription:
Your Snapizzi account and all associated project data and images will be permanently deleted.
Images on connected platforms will remain unaffected. However, your Studio Search Page will be deactivated.
Ensure you download any Subject Lists or Bundles you may require before canceling.
