Refreshing Your Connected Platform Credentials

How to Resolve Expired Cookies and Keep Snapizzi Linked to Your Platform

Updated over a week ago

Depending on your connected platform, Snapizzi may occasionally need you to renew your credentials. This happens because each platform sets a limit on how long your login session (or cookie) stays valid.

When your cookies expire, Snapizzi can no longer communicate with your platform until you refresh your login.

Why Credentials Expire

  • Cookies are temporary files your browser uses to keep you signed in.

  • Platforms require credentials to be refreshed periodically to protect your account.

  • When your session expires, you’ll see a credentials expired warning inside Snapizzi.

How to Refresh Credentials

Step #1: Click the button to open the login modal for your platform.
Step #2: Enter your platform login credentials and click "Update Credentials".

Tips

  • If you see “Session expired” or “Invalid cookies” errors, refreshing your credentials will fix it.

  • If login still doesn’t work, try clearing your browser cookies/cache and signing in again.

  • For best results, always use the latest version of your browser.
