High-Volume Photography: Share Photo Series Between Subjects – Siblings, Buddies & Group Linking

High-Volume Photography Workflow: Link Photos Across Galleries for Siblings & Friends – Ideal for Schools, Sports & Dance Events

Updated today

Sharing photos between galleries is useful for including sibling or buddy photos in another subject’s gallery, allowing your customer to view all connected galleries using one code or search term.

Here’s how to share photos between subject galleries:

Sharing on picture day:

  • When Using Snapizzi Paperless, use Pinning.

  • When Using Paper Cards: Photograph each subject’s individual camera cards together in the same keyframe. All photos that follow will appear in each subject’s individual gallery.

Sharing after the project is processed:

Step #1: Click the Share Photo Series button for the subject whose gallery you want to add photos to. In this example, we'll be sharing Martin's photos with Pat.
Step #2: Search for Pat's code and hover over the result to view subject info. Select the code and click "Share".
Step #3: Martin's photos will now appear in Pat's gallery. If you also want Pat's photos to appear in Martin's gallery, repeat these steps starting from Pat's gallery.
Step #4: To unshare, click the "X" next to the shared subject series code.
Step #5: Click the button to confirm unsharing.
