High-Volume Photography: Fix "Unknown" Columns in CSV Lists – Causes & Solutions

High-Volume Photography Workflow: Troubleshoot Unknown Columns from Unnamed CSV Headers – Reset Before Cards or Ignore if Not Needed for Schools, Sports & Dance Projects

Updated today

This issue arises because your original CSV file contained unnamed columns when you first set up the project. Fortunately, it’s an easy fix!

If You Haven't Generated Cards Yet:

  1. Edit Your CSV – Open your CSV file and rename the column(s) with the proper header(s).

  2. Reset the CSV – In the Snapizzi dashboard, reset the CSV to remove the current uploaded CSV file and upload the corrected version of your CSV file.

  3. Assign CSV Fields – Ensure each column is properly mapped to its corresponding field.

If You've Already Generated Cards or Photographed the Project:

No need to worry! Unless the data in the unknown column is needed, this issue will not negatively affect your project or your customers' experience. You can proceed with your workflow without concern.
