If your upload is interrupted, restart it from about 10-20 images before the last successfully uploaded image. This overlap will ensure that any missing files are included. After indexing, use the Diagnose & Remedy tool tool to easily flag and remove any duplicates.
Alternatively, you can Reset the photos and start a fresh upload.
