High-Volume Photography: Why Remote Folders May Be Missing or Created – Sync & Troubleshooting

High-Volume Photography Workflow: Troubleshoot Missing or Extra Remote Folders – Auto-Creation, Manual Edit Risks & Platform Sync for Schools, Sports & Dance Projects

Updated today

Snapizzi manages all the remote folders needed for your project. If you’re seeing folders disappear, duplicate, or appear unexpectedly in your connected platform, here’s what’s going on:

Snapizzi automatically creates and manages folders on your connected gallery platform based on how your project is set up. It's important that you do not manually rename, delete, or move any of the folders created by Snapizzi. Doing so can interfere with how the project is synced and published.

If everything looks correct in your Snapizzi project and the connected platform displays the galleries as expected, you can safely ignore any extra folders that were created. These are part of Snapizzi’s normal sync process and usually don’t require any action.

Still unsure? We’re happy to take a look — just reach out.
