Ports – Publish Projects to Connected Platforms, Create Bundles, Proof Sheets, and Custom Exports

High-Volume Photography Workflow: Publish Processed Projects to Platforms, Create Bundles & Proof Sheets – Integrations with jAlbum & Pixnub for Schools, Sports & Dance Events

Updated over a week ago

Ports is simply where you publish (or “port”) your Snapizzi project to the platform you’re connected to. After Snapizzi finishes processing and organizing everything, Ports is the step where you send the completed project out to ShootProof, PhotoDeck, Zenfolio, or PhotoShelter. This is also where you create Proof Sheets. and Bundles.

Snapizzi handles all the heavy lifting behind the scenes—organizing your images, matching subjects, and preparing everything for delivery—then Ports sends each image exactly where it belongs on the platform you already use.

Key Platform Port Options Explained

Remote Galleries Panel

Each Port now includes a Remote Galleries panel, giving you a clear, real-time view of the subject galleries and group albums that Snapizzi creates on your connected platforms (ShootProof, PhotoDeck, Zenfolio, etc.).

This panel lives on the right side of the Port, next to Gallery Repair.

This feature gives you complete visibility into what exists on the remote platform — without leaving Snapizzi.

📂 Remote Galleries Table Overview

Each row represents a remote gallery or album associated with a subject.

Columns Explained

1. Subject Code (Blue Link)

The subject code (example: AAU-CQK-DCN) links directly to that subject’s Snapizzi subject page.
This is the fastest way to jump from the port to a specific subject inside Snapizzi.

2. Subject Name

The subject’s name from your subject list or CSV.

3. Cover Photo

Shows the cover/featured image currently set on the remote platform (if supported).
If no cover is set, you’ll see No Cover Photo.

4. Goto Remote

A blue Goto Remote link takes you directly to the subject’s gallery/album on the connected platform — automatically opening the correct page for that subject.

5. Upload

Shows how many photos Snapizzi uploaded to the remote platform for this subject.

Example:
3/3 → Snapizzi uploaded all 3 expected photos
0/7 → No photos uploaded yet

6. Linked

Shows how many of the subject’s photos are linked to their gallery/album in the remote platform.

Example:
3/3 → All photos are correctly associated
0/27 → No photos linked yet

7. Updated

Displays the last time Snapizzi updated or synchronized that gallery with the remote platform.

8. Gallery Icon

Lets you quickly inspect remote details or force updates when needed.

👁 Show / Hide Remote Galleries

A new toggle at the top lets you collapse or expand the entire list:
Show Remote Galleries / Hide Remote Galleries

This keeps the Port view clean while giving you full access whenever needed.
