High-Volume Photography: Reset Remote Port Photos – Clear Connected Platforms Without Affecting Masters

High-Volume Photography Workflow: Safely Reset Photos on Remote Ports – Preserve Master Project Data for Schools, Sports & Dance Events

Updated today

Using the Reset Remote Port Photos function will remove all project photos from your remote port. This action only impacts the selected remote port and will not delete the photos from the main project in Snapizzi. Try this if things don't look right in the remote project, but they are correct in Snapizzi.

If you need to remove photos from the main project itself, please visit the Reset Project Photos function to manage photos at the project level within Snapizzi.

Step #1: Open the port you'd like to reset.
Step #2: Click on "Reset Remote".
Step #3: Click on "Close" once the reset is finished.
