The Remote Gallery Health Report gives you a complete, real-time overview of the upload and linking status of every gallery Snapizzi creates on your connected platform (ShootProof, PhotoDeck, PhotoShelter, etc.).
This tool makes it fast and simple to identify missing photos, linking discrepancies, or galleries that need repair.
Go to the Ports tab.
Click Show Remote Galleries.
The Remote Gallery Health Report will expand below your port update area.
Columns are orderable. Reports in red when there's no remote link or it is incomplete. The report provides a per-gallery breakdown of:
Upload status (how many photos successfully uploaded)
Linked status (how many of those photos correctly linked to subjects)
Gallery cover image (ShootProof only)
Direct links to both:
The remote gallery
The Snapizzi gallery
Timestamps of the most recent updates
Quick access to Gallery-level Repair tool
Status Colors Explained
🟢 Green = Complete
🔴 Red = Not completed
🟣 Indigo = Reconciliation in Progress
Why You May See Indigo “Top-Heavy” Link Counts
In some cases, you may notice the Linked column temporarily showing an indigo value where the number of linked photos appears higher than expected. This is normal and occurs when:
A gallery is actively updating or repairing, and
One or more photos are linked to multiple galleries (such as shared photo sets or group photos).
Because the report updates in real time, it receives incremental “increase/decrease” signals rather than recalculating absolute totals during the update process. As soon as the update completes, the counts automatically normalize.
The indigo color indicates that Snapizzi is aware of the temporary condition and that it is not an error—just part of the reconciliation process during updates.
Gallery Status indicators are also in the subject and group galleries.
