Remove a Remote Port from Your Connected Platform

Updated over a month ago

The Remove Remote Port function will delete the selected remote port from your Snapizzi project, removing all project photos from that port without affecting the main project in Snapizzi. Use this option when the port is no longer required or you'd like to start fresh with a new port.

Remote port photos must be reset prior to removing the port.

If you wish to remove photos from the main project itself, use the Reset Project Photos function, which manages photos at the project level within Snapizzi.

Step #1: If it hasn’t been done already, reset the remote to clear the photos from your platform.
Step #2: Once reset, you'll be able to remove the port.
Step #3: Click the "Remove" button to delete the port from your platform.
Step #4: The port will be successfully removed from your platform.
