High-Volume Photography: Add New Subject Series – For Subjects Not in Database

High-Volume Photography Workflow: Create New Subjects, Add Photos & Data Without Camera Cards – Ideal for Schools, Sports & Dance Events

Updated today

The "Add NEW Subject Series" tool allows you to create a new subject, add photos, and enter data. Use this tool when no camera card was used and the subject isn’t already in the project database. If the subject exists, use the "Move Series" or "Create New Set" tool. If the camera card was misread, use the "Keyframe Repair" tool.

Step #1: Click the "Add Subject Series" tool.
Step #2: Enter Subject Information: Make sure the Grade and/or Teacher name matches your uploaded CSV data. If it doesn’t, the subject won’t be connected to the correct class photo.
Step #3: Once created, you can upload images to the subject gallery using the drop zone nested in the "Tools" dropdown menu.
Step #4: That's it! The subject is now added to the project.
