Snapizzi subscriptions are flexible, operating on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitments. You can easily manage your payment details or cancel your subscription anytime via the Subscription Manager in the Wrench Menu on your Snapizzi Dashboard.
Snapizzi’s pricing is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees. However, Snapizzi has a storage pricing model designed to accommodate your needs:
Each subscription includes 25,000 images as part of the monthly fee.
For users exceeding this limit, an additional $10 per 25,000 images will apply to the overage.
Examples of Storage Fees:
Storing 25,000-50,000 images will incur an additional $10.
Storing 50,000-75,000 images will incur an additional $20, and so on.
How Can I Manage Storage Limits and Fees?
To help you minimize storage costs, Snapizzi provides the following options:
Monitor Storage Usage: Keep track of your current photo count and plan adjustments accordingly. Your storage usage is available under the Wrench Menu in your Snapizzi Dashboard.
Reset Photos: Free up storage space by resetting photos in old projects. This action does not affect jobs on your connected platforms—it only applies to storage within Snapizzi.
Delete Old Projects: Permanently remove old or unnecessary projects to free up space. This will not impact jobs on your connected platforms, but the project data will no longer be accessible in Snapizzi.
Important Notes on Cancelation
If you choose to cancel your subscription:
Your Snapizzi account and all associated project data and images will be permanently deleted.
Images on connected platforms will remain unaffected. However, your Studio Search Page will be deactivated.
Ensure you download any Subject Lists or Bundles you may require before canceling.
